Wilfred Aloysius Grannum Alexander, Jr., was born May 2, 1956, to Wilfred Aloysius Grannum Alexander, Sr. and Annie Mae Rogers in Manhattan, New York. Wilfred attended PS. 180 Elementary School, Andrew Jackson Junior High and High School, where he earned his high school diploma. The fundamentals of his life were music, women, food, and money.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Wilfred Aloysius Grannum Alexander, Sr. and Annie Mae Rogers, sister, Mavis Maria Grannum, and nephew, Alantte Jusiono.
He is survived by one aunt, Dorothy J. Ford of Concord North, three sisters, Deborah S. Alexander of New York, Bernadette Kariem of Texas, and Ruby Rochelle Vidal of New York, four daughters, Leasha Nicole Mekhi, Ameka Grannum, Jamila Pass, and Adia Pass all of New York City, three sons, Nicholas Wilfred Jones, Dayshon Drumgoole, and Remel Christopher Jones, ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and host of family and friends.
