Walter Jones

Walter was born July 11, 1956 in Amarillo, Texas Walter and Lavesa Jones.  Walter loved watching wrestling, fishing, and studying and teaching God’s word.  He was well known throughout Amarillo for his musical talent—specifically singing and playing the drums. 

Walter was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Brenda Dinkens-Jones; brothers, Billy Randolph and Travis Jones, and a sister, Cathy Jones.

He is survived by three children, Timothy Jones, Ryan Green, and Lavesa Jones; step children Elizabeth Agalaba, Shalom Agalaba, Israel Agalaba, and Sarai Dinkens-Agalaba; brothers Arven Jones, Robert Jones, Devlon Jones, and Paul Jones; Sisters Patricia Mandeville, Debra House, Judy Jones, Cynthia Jones, Meosha Jones, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
