Val Lee Carter was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished friend. He was called home on March 7, 2025, at the age of 55. He was born December 29, 1969, in Long Beach, California. He was a beacon of faith and steadfastness throughout his life. Lee was a man of deep conviction and a dedicated member of the Christian communi ty, embodying the essence of what it meant to be Godly and Loving.
Lee’s life was a testament to love and family values. He shared a remarkable journey of 26 years with his beloved wife, Hattie, a part nership rooted in faith and unwavering trust. As a father, Val was the pilar of strength and support to his large vibrant family. He was always present whether it was in moments of joy or times of challenge, ensur ing that his home was filled with warmth and laughter.
Lee was a passionate Cowboys fan and a truck driver. He loved watching football games with his sons and spreading the love of God. His love, kindness, and joy touched many hearts. Lee will be deeply missed. His spirit will forever inspire those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his mom, Ginger.
He is survived by his wife, Hattie; a tremendous legacy in each of his children, Jayden, Zariah, Kristin, Katelin (Ariel), Leah, Arissa, Sebastian, and Brandon; two grandchildren, Azreal and Kova; aunt, Dena, and extended family and friends. Lee’s favorite scripture,
“For I know the plans I have for you, “declares the Lord,” plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
