Thomas Smiles Washington was born to Carrie Lee Washington on August 03, 1951, in Muskogee Oklahoma. Thomas/Buba/WASH enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He found a special love for his grandkids and great-grand kids, he referred to all of them as “Papa’s Stuff”. He has a love for Golfing, Fishing, Grilling and SHAKING IT UP. He worked as a

machinist mechanic at ASARCO Copper Refinery and retired after 32 years of service. He married the love of his life DeEdra Billingsley Washington. They were together for 49

beautiful years.

He is preceded in death by his parent, Carrie Lee Washington, two sisters, Barbara (Bobbie) Ann Washington, and Thelma (Joann) Washington, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is survived by his wife, DeEdra Washington and special granddaughter, Eleshia Washington of the home, three sons, Thomas Carson Gist Washington (Brenda) Jenks, OK; LaMar Billingsley

(Alisha) Dallas, TX; LaDarron Jones (La’trice) Dallas, TX; four daughters; Kwanna King (Todd), Wagner OK, Trina Washington, Dallas TX; Tamilia Colbert (Joe) Amarillo, TX; and Teldra Betterson

(Sammuel II) Winter, Garden FL, two special nieces: Cara Washington, Muskogee, OK; and Brandy Logan, Austin, TX, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and

family.
