Rosie Carter Obituary

Rosie Marie Carter was born July 25, 1943 in Little Field Tx, to Tommie Lee White. She loved spending time with her grandkids and cooking for her family. She was such a hard worker, she worked all her life up until she first got sick.

She was preceded in death by her two siblings Jean Hearn, and Willie Vincent.

She leaves behind three beautiful loving children to cherish her precious memories:

Telissa Carter of Amarillo, Tx

Fredrick (LaNadia) Carter of Amarillo, Tx

Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
