Rashetta Raquel Moore was born June 3, 1977, in Wellington, Texas, to Jesse Larry and Betty R. Moore. She attended Wellington High School and Clarendon College. 

She loved the Dallas Cowboys and Facebook. She loved to cook and show off her cooking skills on Facebook.

She is preceded in death by her son; Steven Alexander Moore, father; Jesse Larry, and maternal grandmother; Frankie L. Moore.

She is survived by her mother; Betty R. Moore of Amarillo, TX, brother; Darrell Steven Moore of Livingston, TX, aunts; Merlyn Crawford, Mae Frances Moore, Lou Helen Moore, Gail Moore, uncle; Pastor Herman (Mary) Moore, nephew Devontae Roberts, niece; Stevanna Roberts all of Amarillo, TX, and a host of family and friends.
