Mr. Ralph Coble was born to Willie and Earlene Coble on February 23, 1949. He attended Hilltop Elementary School, Carver Jr/Sr High schools which he graduated in 1967. Later that year Ralph joined the United States Navy where he was very proud to serve. He later went on to study at Tarrant County Community College. In Ralph’s earlier years, he was raised in Emmanuel C.O.G.I.C under Superintendent H. W. Cortez. He continued his work in the church throughout the years and he served in several capacities. When he wasn’t serving at the church he enjoyed photography, reading, fishing, and most of all cooking on the grill. He’s won awards for his BBQ in various competitions, and he gave himself the nickname Chef Bro R Dee. He loved grilling, but what he loved most was reminiscing of his time as a truck driver. He would light up talking about all the places he’d seen and he was amazed with all of the transformations that the tractors have made over the years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Willie “Wide” Russell Coble and Phillip Coble Sr., aunt; Flournoy Coble, and his grandparents.
Ralph leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters; Arvy “Lynn” Bowe of Houston, TX and Shamicka Scott (Levie) of Amarillo, TX, his grandchildren in order by their ages: Ti’Rone Stovall, Jr., La’Tavia Stovall, Ashanti Lewis, Ne’Viyah Stovall, and Deven Bowe. Two brothers, Warren Coble(Mable) of Amarillo, Marshall Coble(Faith) of Woodland Park, CO, and a sister Marilyn Coble of Houston, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
