A fighter was born on August 20, 2024, to Clinnyja Jones and Syltavious Moore in Amarillo, Texas. Na’Ryiah made her arrival three months early. She came before time. God knew she was an angle we needed. She was in NICU and achieved 300 Plus achievement beads in order to come home. Through the tone of our voices caused her to fight even harder. God does send his strongest soldiers in the time of need. Na’Ryiah beat every odd sent her way.
Na’Ryiah’s smile would light up a room. Her big glossy eyes would mesmerize anyone that looked her way. If you had a conversation, you would catch her attention. She was very intelligent, and she understood. Na’Ryiah and her sisters’ bond was unbreakable. D’Vauni and Brooklynn are the best big sisters Na’Ryiah could have. D’Vauni and Brooklynn did whatever was needed to be done when it came to Na’Ryiah.
The connection she had with her father was like no other. She gave him the wettest kisses, loved pulling his dreads when dangled down in her face. She admired her father, watching his every move. Na’Ryiah got her nickname “Ryiah Tot” from her NyNy before she ever made it out of the hospital. She grew into the name as everyone gravitated toward the name” Ryiah Tot” her NyNy gave her.
She is preceded in death by her uncles, Tiray Evans, Rodney Parker; aunt, Jennifer Moore; grandmother, Jackie Moore; Great-Grandparents, Jerry and Cle Moore, and cousin, Tyson Anderson.
She is survived by parents, Clinnyja Jones and Syltavious Moore; siblings, D’Vauni and Brooklyn Washinton; grandparents, Myra Jones and Ladonda Williams, Sylvester Moore (Charity), her Nyny, Toya Evans, Aisha Smith, Tameka Harris; uncles, MarQuan Moore, Kevin Wright Moore (Destiny), Sylvester Moore, Jr., Jasper Moore, Ja’Bauri Jones, Darrin Williams, JB Williams, JR Moore (Marilyn), Ty’Quis Evans, JaQuel Love, Randarius Smith; aunts, Shardaija Moore, Xzagion Campbell, Markeya Moore, Meagan Carter (LaDae), Shika Gilbreath, Kyrea Burns, Markaya Jones, Nicole Barrow, Logan Calloway, Keisha Freeman, Aleiyah Miller, Monesha Toombs, Colesta Carr; and a host of family and friends.
