Maria Adhel-Ken Gout was born January 1, 1983, in Juba, South Sudan. Maria Adhel-Ken Gout, the mother of Abulfitouh, Nynkiir, and Ayak Abdurahman came to America with hopes of a better life even though she knew little to no English. Despite the unknown she knew that God had a plan in store for her. Though life was hard for her, she overcame every obstacle that came her way. She was a strong hearted woman with a caring heart and soul. Maria loved her children as though they were her own. Adhel was a mother, sister, auntie, wife, niece, and a friend. Her smile and touch will be missed forevermore.
