Keith Raye Nickerson

Keith Raye Nickerson, age 55, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2020 surrounded by his family.   He was born on June 17, 1965 in Memphis, Texas to Ronnie and Betty Nickerson.  He was a 1983 graduate of Amarillo High School in Amarillo, Texas.

Keith, also attended Ceritos College in Norwalk, California where he received an Associates Degree in Business Administration.  He went on to establish his technical solutions company, Unique Computer Solutions, as well as take ownership of Nickerson Janitorial Service. 

Keith had a real zest for life.  His big heart, allowed him to have a limitless amount of compassion for those less fortunate.  In his most recent years, he worked to mentor and counsel those dealing with substance abuse and addiction issues by sharing his testimony and life experiences.  His ultimate love was being a father to his children and spending time with his family and friends.

Keith is preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Ethel Nickerson,  Minnie Mae Anderson and Dearsey Anderson.  He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Shantel Chapa Nickerson, his parents, Ronnie and Betty Nickerson, his brother, Allen Nickerson, his sister, Rosalind Nickerson.  He also leaves behind his children, Keith Nickerson II, Kaiden Nickerson, Kamal Nickerson, Shamal Nickerson, Donita Williams Terry, Jernedra Williams, Nolan Williams, Tessa Sanders, PJ Chapa and Maya Chapa.  He also leaves a large extended family.
