Kandace Deatrice Shareace Blount was born in Amarillo, Texas on August 24th, 1980, to proud parents, Fayera Blount and Paul King. As the eldest among seven siblings, she attended Robert E. Lee Elementary, Horace Mann Middle, and Amarillo High. From an early age, she developed a profound familiarity with the teachings of Jesus Christ. Due to her interest and love of working, she spent most of her professional career doing a variety of professions until her health collapsed.
Kandace's boundless compassion extended beyond limits. She wholeheartedly devoted her time and energy to assisting others, whether through volunteer work or lending a helping hand to those in need. Her unwavering commitment to selfless acts of kindness reflected her belief that genuine fulfillment lies in uplifting and enhancing the lives of others. Continuously driven by this de-
sire, she consistently sought opportunities to make a positive impact on those around her.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Fayera Blount.
She leaves to cherish her memories children: K’Dadrian, Traevin (Stormi), Trendyn, and Khrystian; six sisters, Courtney Blount, Camaillia Blount, Kelsea Blount, Keldra Blount, Kyler Tetteh (Robert) all of Amarillo, Texas, and Kirsten Flanigan (Errian) of Nashville, Tennessee; grandchild, Traeslyn; and a host of family and friends.
