Joseph leaves to cherish his memory: siblings, Billy Welch (Doris) and Tanya Crain; devoted wife, Martha Welch; three sons, Da’Shaun, RayShaun, and Torrey Welch; two daughters, Ashley and Trina Welch. He was blessed with six grandchildren: Keishaun, Zariyaah, Royal, Dashtyn, Raheem, and Ransym Welch. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Psalm 23:1–3 “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me.”
