Jonathan “Pierre” Flanagan was born July 27, 1974, to Carrye Tropez and Perry Murray. Pierre attended Coronado Elementary School, Austin Middle School and Tascosa High School. He was employed at RJIS Inventory Specialists until his health began to decline. Pierre was an avid sports enthusiast. He was the family’s own Sports Commentator. Pierre’s favorite team was the Texas Tech Red Raiders. His favorite NFL Team was the Cincinnati Bengals. He could call all the plays better than any coach. Football was his passion and he enjoyed watching the sport more than anyone.
Pierre was preceded in death by his parents; Carry and Perry, grandmother, and biggest supporter, Augusta Malone, cousin; Linda Gayle, uncles; Billy Malone and Charles Malone. We know they all welcomed Pierre with open and loving arms as he entered “Heaven’s Gates”.
Pierre leaves to cherish his children, Moniquesa Flanagan and Braylon Flanagan. His siblings, Ronda (Kenneth) Alexander of Glenn Heights, TX, Billy (Sylvia) Malone of Lubbock, TX; Rosco (Kim) Flanagan of Amarillo, TX; and Ronald (Elaina)Tropez of Aubrey, TX. He also leaves his aunts; Helen Malone, Linda (Terry) Kemp, Sandra Reasonover, uncles; Pastor Thomas (Shirley) Malone, and Ricky (Vanessa) Malone, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pierre was not the baby of our family, but because of the closeness of our family he was considered “Our Baby”.
We love you Pierre and we know that you are no longer in pain and resting in a better place. “Long Live Pierre”. You will ALWAYS BE MISSED AND LOVED.
