Jerry Starks

Jerry Starks was born December 27, 1962, to Novola Starks and the late Troy Lee Starks. He departed this life on November 7, 2025.

Jerry graduated from Gould High School in Gould, Arkansas in 1981. After graduating he went into the military to serve his country. He served four years for the United States Army and was honorably discharged. During his lifetime he worked various jobs. He was a hard worker and a strong believer in providing for his family.

Jerry was processed in death by his father, Troy Starks of Gould, AR, a sister, Dorothy Young of Pine Bluff, AR, brother Troy Everett of Star City, AR, grandparents, Bernice and Johnny Livingston of Omaha, Nebraska and Sallie Mae and Dewey Starks of Gould, AR.

Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his life partner, Kierra Casey of Amarillo, TX; daughters, Camaiah Starks of Amarillo, TX, Shimere Smith of Dallas, TX; sons, Shimar Smith of Dallas, TX; mother, Novola Starks of Gould, AR; sisters, Louise Wright of Columbus, OH, Freddie Barksdale of Fate, TX and Joyce Arnold (Phillip) of Houston, TX; brother, Jessie Johnson of Pine Bluff, AR; two special cousins, Roy Starks (Regina) and Kenneth Starks (Onico) both of Pine Bluff, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.
