James Scott "Cotton" Holmes

James Scott “Cotton” Holmes was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, on October 19, 1951, to the late James Elliott and Eula Geneva Fantroy Holmes.

He is survived by his four sons, Victor Earl Holmes, Sr., of Amarillo; Apollo, London, and Judah Holmes, all of Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters, Shantel Holmes of Amarillo and Vashti Holmes of Phoenix, Arizona; one sister, Dorise Carey, one brother, Joe Holmes both of Amarillo, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
