Gloria Palomin-Wimberly Obituary

Gloria Palomin Wimberly, was born May 1, 1959, in Roswell, New Mexico, to the late Estanislao Panda Palomin. Gloria was a graduate of Muleshoe High School. She married Charlie Wimberly, September 14, 1997, at Amarillo College. Gloria worked at BSA Home Healthcare as a secretary. She sold life and accidental insurance. She also worked at Walmart as a door greeter, and Homeland Grocery as cashier.   This is where she met her soulmate, Charlie.

Gloria loved fishing, traveling, church conventions, rock painting, making jewelry, and helping others in need. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and would do anything for every one of them.

The thing that she cherished most was when Charlie took her to Paris for their 20th Anniversary.

She is preceded in death by her father Estanislao Banda Palomin; stepfather, Roy Locker, I.; stepdaughter, Charlotte Champlin.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Charlie Wimberly; mother, Cressenciano Locker; two daughters, Netty (Daniel) Rameriz of Amarillo, Lucy Sigala (Curtis) Smith; three stepdaughters, Samantha and Phillip of Abenes Washington D.C., Tabitha Wimberly of Charolette, North Carolina, Rose and Shannon of Las Vegas, Nevada; five sisters, Hope of Alburquerque, New Mexico, Esperanza Palomin of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sandra (Andy) Lopez Abernathy, Texas, Antonia Sanchez of Plains, Texas; step sister, Rita Tamez of Amarillo, Texas; one brother, Tony Palomin of Houston, Texas; three sisters-in-law, Kathy Spahar of Lubbock, Texas, Wanda Wimberly of Oklahoma City, Cathy of Tennessee; five brothers-in-law, John (Sandy) of Claude, Texas, Thomas Wimberly, Jr. Claude, Texas, Robert Wimberly, of Amarillo, Texas, Raymond Christian of Oregon, Gloria Tristan of New Mexico; fourteen grandchildren, DaeZhawn, Terrance, Jeremiah, Tre’Ven, Zephani, Cristabel, Alastair, Elijah, Christian, Darian, Marcilina, Micah, Makayla, Theodore; eight grandchildren, Maize, Kinsley, Kentrel, Am’re, Saint, Naomi, Shiloy, and a host of family and friends.
