Freddie Lee Foster was born November 19, 1953, in Amarillo, Texas, to Ransom and Effie Mae Foster. He was a longtime employee of Mrs. Baird’s Bread and J.B.S. in Cactus, Texas. He retired from both places. He is a graduate of Amarillo High School.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Ransom and Effie Foster.
He is survived by his sister; Dora Brown, four brothers; Superintendent A.L. Gipson, James (Emma) Foster, Robert Foster, and Marcus Foster.
