Fannie was born May, 7, 1938, to the late Henry and Eva Williams, in Amarillo, Texas. She was a homemaker and loved her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Henry and Eva Williams, brothers: Henry Williams, Jr. and Johnny Curry, ex-husband: Preston Samuel, three grandchildren: Reggie Simmons, Stacy Morgan, and Shawn Samuel, one great grandson: Fredrick Samuel.
She leaves behind her sister: Pearl Block, children: (ex-son in law): Stanley Morgan and Gwen Morgan, Preston (Velma) Samuel, Peggy (Kevin) Wilson, Dennis (Shar) Samuel, Jan (Rolland) Bennett, Sammy (Sandra) Samuel, Louis Samuel, Joycell Samuel, Reba (Arthur) Glynn, thirty-five grandchildren, fifty-nine great grandchildren, seven great great great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Fannie will be missed dearly, but will forever be in our hearts! She was loved so much by the Hand’s family. She treated Tanner and Stanton, just like they were her own.
