Ernest "Hank" Jones, Jr.

Ernest Jones, Jr., was born August 20, 1964, to   Ernest Jones and Winnie Lee Crawford, in Vernon, Texas. He loved the Dallas Cowboys. He loved telling stories about all the places he traveled in his eighteen-wheeler. He also loved hanging out with his friends and enjoying life. Ernest loved music, cooking and telling us about all the good restaurants he used to go to when he was on the road. He was a true people's person. He never met a stranger and liked everyone. He would talk to anyone. Ernest was also a comedian, and he would say anything to make you laugh. He loved movie night with his girls. He was an all-around hero.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, and four    siblings, Russell, Michael, Travis, Jeanette, Otis “Daryl” and son, Russell, Jr.

He is survived by his daughters, Angelica Jones and Kelly Jones; son, Ernest Jones, III.; his only brother, Pete Crawford; grandson, Ernest Jones, IV and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
